1 Not getting enough sleep:

Why I feel asleep all time? This may seem obvious, but the amount of sleep you get may be very small, and this can negatively affect your concentration and health. Adults must get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night.

2 Sleep apnea:

3 Insufficient energy:

Depression is an emotional disorder but causes several physical symptoms. The most common symptoms are tiredness, headache, and loss of appetite, but if you continue to tire and frustrated for more than a week then consult your doctor.
Treatment: Depression responds well to psychotherapy and/or medication.

6 Hypothyroidism:

The thyroid is a small gland at the base of the neck, regulating the metabolism and speed of converting food into energy in the body. You may feel numb and your weight increases when the thyroid gland becomes less active and the metabolism slows down.
Treatment: If a blood test proves that your thyroid hormones are low, artificial hormones may help accelerate them.

7 Excessive consumption of caffeine:

A moderate dose of caffeine may improve consciousness and concentration, but over-consumption may increase heart rate, blood pressure, and nervousness. Studies also suggest that excessive caffeine actually causes fatigue in some people.
Treatment: Gradually reduce the consumption of coffee, tea, chocolate, soft drinks and any caffeine-containing medicines.

8 Urinary tract infection is not apparent:

If you have ever had a urinary tract infection, you will know the burning pain and the urgency of the urine that will generate it. The urinary examination can quickly confirm urinary tract infection.
Treatment: Urinary tract infection is treated with antibiotics and fatigue usually disappears within a week.

9 Diabetes:

In diabetic people, unusual amounts of sugar remain in the bloodstream instead of entering the cells of the body where they must convert into energy. Consult your doctor for the diabetes test.
Treatment: Diabetes treatments may require a change in the entire lifestyle, such as dieting, exercise, insulin therapy, and medications that help the body digest sugar.

10 Dehydration:

Treatment: Drink water in the day until the urine becomes light. Drink at least 2 cups of water per hour or more before a specific physical activity, then continue drinking water during exercise and drink two more cups after completion.

11 Heart disease:

When you suddenly get tired during everyday activities such as cleaning your house or working in the garden, it may indicate that your heart is no longer able to cope. Consult your doctor about the possibility of heart disease if you notice that it is very difficult to finish the tasks that you have done in the past easily.
Treatment: Changing lifestyle, taking medicines, and taking medication may help to control the heart disease and restore your energy.

12 Sleeping Disorder due to Rotation:

Working at night or switching shifts may disturb your biological clock. You may feel tired at a time when you should be cheerful.
Treatment: Do not expose yourself to the sun when you want to rest, and your room is dark, quiet and cool. Do you still have sleeping problems? Consult your doctor. Diet supplements and medications may help.
